To provide a system and method for estimating a transistor parameter.SOLUTION: A correction coefficient setting method of a drive transistor includes a step 305 for determining respective current measurement values to a plurality of transistor control voltages, a step 310 for setting a first correction coefficient of the transistor on the basis of the transistor current measurement values and the transistor control voltages, and a step for applying a voltage corresponding to a color value to a gate of the transistor on the basis of the first correction coefficient.
