Abstract:
To provide a constitution capable of reducing a driver's sense of incongruity caused by a dog abutment sound while suppressing the dog abutment sound.SOLUTION: A first slider 451 and a fifth-speed driving gear 425 are arranged on a drive shaft 41 side by side in an axial direction. The first slider 451 is provided with a plurality of fifth-speed dog projection parts 465. A shift fork which has one end positioned at a guide groove 481 of a shift drum 48 has the other end connected to the first slider 451. The fifth-speed driving gear 425 is provided with a plurality of fifth-speed dog recessed parts 475. At a gear change to a fifth speed, the first slider 451 moves axially on the drive shaft and a plurality of fifth-speed projection parts 465 and the plurality of fifth-speed dog recessed parts 475 engage each other. At least four out of the plurality of fifth-speed projection parts 465 and the plurality of fifth-speed dog recessed parts 475 engage each other within a range of 90 degrees in one circumferential direction of the fifth-speed driving gear 425 and 90 degrees in the other with reference to a line connecting an engagement point M between the fifth-speed driving gear 425 and a fifth-speed driven gear 445 and an axial center P of the drive shaft to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
