PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a transmission efficiency of each of the transmission mechanisms without requiring any high degree processing accuracy at a supporting part of each of the transmission members or external shafts to a casing at a transmission device comprising a first transmission member having a first axis line as a center axis line; an eccentric rotating member having a first transmission shaft rotated around the first axis line and an eccentric shaft having the second axis line as a center axis line; a second transmission member rotatably supported at the eccentric shaft; a third transmission member connected to the second transmission shaft and rotated around the first axis line; a first transmission mechanism between the first and second transmission members; and a second transmission mechanism between the second and the third transmission members.SOLUTION: In this invention, a first external shaft A1 is rotatably supported around a first axis line X1 at one side wall Ca of a casing C, a first transmission shaft S1 is spline fitted at SP1 to the first external shaft A1 in such a way that it can freely move in a radial direction, and a second external shaft A2 is rotatably supported around the first axis line X1 at the other side wall Cb of the casing C, and a second transmission shaft S2 is spline fitted at SP2 to a second external shaft A2 in such a way that it can freely move in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
