Title:
TRANSMISSION MECHANISM OF MOTOR POWER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61150662
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To readily control the transmission of a torque with a simple structure by rotatably inserting a power supply plate formed of a conductive material to a rotational shaft oppositely to a magnet secured to the outer periphery of the rotational shaft of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of magnets 3 are secured to the outer periphery of an iron plate 5 secured to a rotational shaft 2 of a motor 1 to rotate together with the shaft 2. A power supply plate 4 formed of a conductive material such as aluminum or copper is rotatably inserted to the shaft 2, and opposed to the magnet 3. A pinion gear 6 is integrally secured to the plate 4, and power is externally transmitted through gear trains 8, 8a. When the motor 1 is rotated, the plate 4 is rotated by the magnetic flux generated by the eddy current generated on the plate 4 and the magnetic flux of the magnet 3. Thus, the plate 4 is slipped at overload time, and when the motor 1 is stopped, the plate 4 becomes free, and can be simply returned to the original position.
