The transmitter for the image information includes an input section that receives image information sent from a central processing unit, a level information generating section that generates level information of each pixel on an image based on the image information, a storage section that stores the level information of each pixel of an entire area of the image, a comparison section that compares the level information stored in the storage section as to the pixel with respect to the image information with level information outputted from the level information generating section, an area extract section that extracts an area including a pixel whose level information based on the image information differs from the level information stored in the storage section based on the comparison information, a compression section that compresses the information quantity of the level information of each pixel in the area of the extracted image, and a communication section that transmits position information of the area of the image and the compressed level information.
