The transparent composite sheet contains a cured resin (A), glass fiber cloth (B) and a glass filler (C). A refractive index difference between the glass fiber cloth (B) and the glass filler (C) is in the range of -0.01 to +0.01 at the same temperature in the wavelength of 589 nm. The glass filler (C) contains the glass filler having 1.5-10 aspect ratio and 4-15 μm average minor axis diameter by ≥30 vol.%.
