Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport chuck for transporting an object to be transported whose position is not fixed, and to hold the object to be transported with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A transport chuck 1 comprises: a transport chuck holding part 5 for holding an object to be transported 207; and a contact part 9 contacting an object support body 205 by which the object to be transported 207 is supported. By contact of the contact part 8 to the object support body 205 supporting the object to be transported 207, positioning of the transport chuck holding part 5 to the object to be transported 207 is performed by a transport chuck positioning part 7.
