To provide a transportation allotment system capable of maximizing operability of a vehicle and equalizing operating hours per day for all vehicles.
The transportation allotment preparing device has an initial allotment preparation processing part for allotting trip to the vehicle at random; an initial allotment improvement processing part for improving the initial allotment; and a best solution storing part for comparing an evaluation value of the initial allotment with an evaluation value of the improved allotment and storing the allotment of the higher evaluation value as the best solution. The preparation processing of the initial allotment, the improvement processing of the initial allotment and the storing processing of the best solution are repeated by the defined number.
