Abstract:
To provide a transporting method and device capable of transporting a fragile sheet-form board even without using a core stage likely to generate a stress to cause a breakage of the board.
The transporting device to transport sheet-form base boards 10 upon taking out of a stage 20 in the form of a flat plate is equipped with a sucking means 50 to blow the air onto the board 10 in the direction parallel with the board plane and a control guide 60 for controlling the position of the board 10. The transport device may preferably have a holding guide 70 to hold it from below. Since the core stage is not used the problems inherent in the conventional arrangement can substantially be solved.
