PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveler managing device which fast processes much information and utilizes an IC card that makes traveler management job efficient by collectively managing travel information based on travel identification information.
SOLUTION: A traveler makes a travel application to a business server 4 from a user's terminal 7. Travel information corresponding to the application is sent to a central data processor 1 and collectively managed, and also a travel ID number that is different in each travel application is issued and stored in a contactless IC card c and an automatic checking and collecting machine 5A, etc. The travel ID number that is stored in the card c held by the traveler is read by the machine 5A, etc., at the time of using it. The machine 5A, etc., collates the read travel ID number with a stored travel ID number, discriminates the validity of its use and guides the propriety of its use.
