To provide a traveling vehicle for conveying a pipe capable of performing stable traveling in a pipe passage without providing a rail which results in increase of cost and capable of ensuring a driver's safety.
The traveling vehicle for conveying the pipe is provided with a vehicle body provided with a pair of right and left front wheels and rear wheels and a connection mechanism for connecting a truck for supporting a new pipe inserted into the existing pipe passage at a front side of the front wheels, and a riding part on which the driver gets, and is travelably constituted while making the new pipe supported on the truck leading when it is inserted into the pipe passage. The vehicle body is constituted such that any one of the front wheel or the rear wheel is steerable, and is constituted such that at least any one of the front wheel or the rear wheel is driven by an electric motor. The riding part is provided at a rear side of the vehicle body.
