PURPOSE: To roll a yarn on a bobbin correctly without generation of folding by installing the first guide roller at a right angle to the takeup bobbin shaft and the final guide roller with an angle of -5° ±10°, and arranging intermediate guide rollers so that their angular difference to adjoining ones is below 45deg.
CONSTITUTION: The first guide roller 31a is installed at a right angle to the takeup bobbin shaft 4, while the final guide roller 31e installed with an angle of -5° ±10°. Between these two guide rollers 31a, 31e, a plurality of guide rollers 31b... are arranged so that their angular difference to adjoining ones lies below 45°. Because of negative angle of the final guide roller 31e, the width change when a tape-form fiber bundle 2 is twisted for making traversing can be suppressed, which leads to lessening of width change of the tape-form fiber bundle due to traversing of the traverse guide 31 to the left and right. Thereby the flat surface of the fiber bundle becomes parallel to the bobbin shaft, and there is no risk of generation of any folding.
