PURPOSE: To contrive the prevention of damage to liquid crystal display panels caused by vibrations, etc., in transit, the diversion of a tray to the purpose of packing the panels of other kinds or different shapes and the reduction of the packing cost by providing the adhesive plates having an adhesive nontransfer surface and spacers higher than the panel between a plurality of the panels mounted on the adhesive plates.

CONSTITUTION: When liquid crystal display panels (LCD) 10 are packaged, a plurality of LCD's 10 are mounted on adhesive plates 2. Since the adhesive plates 2 are not shaped to engage with LCD 10, LCD 10 is not restrained in shape for use. When LCD 10 is mounted on the adhesive plates 2, since the adhesive plates 2 are attached to LCD 10 to secure it in place, the sliding movement of LCD 10 in transit can be prevented. Moreover, since the adhesive plate 2 has an adhesive nontransfer surface, the adhesive plate can be separated from LCD 10 without leaving the adhesive agent on it. Also, since the spacers 11 higher than LCD 10 are provided, LCD's 10 can be stacked out of contact with a tray 1.
