This device is provided with a storage means having an engagement click 32 on its lower end to store trays T on a plural number of stages and a lifter member 25 to stack the trays T or to take them down one by one. The engagement click 32 is supported by an elasticity holding mechanism free to rotate so as to have four stable positions, and a switching means to switch stacking motion to/from stack breaking motion of the trays T depending on existence of the trays T to be lifted up by the lifter member 25.
