From a raw material to which a label is attached and in which a bottle neck is with a cap, or in which aluminum and iron or the like are mixed, the label is peeled by rubbing glass pieces while making them roll and flow down, the bottle neck with the cap is removed from the raw material, the peeled label is sucked and removed from the raw material, then the aluminum and the iron mixed in the raw material are removed from the raw material by utilizing difference of magnetic characteristics of the aluminum, the iron and the glass, and the raw material is made suitable for cullet production.
