To establish a technique in which a vegetable and an animal crude drugs can efficiently be obtained as a stabler finely divided material or an extract regardless of the kind or contained ingredients of the vegetable and animal crude drugs and a healthy food material.

This method for treatment comprises treating a suspension containing a vegetable and an animal crude drugs and a healthy food material with a wet type jet mill, finely dividing the crude drugs and the healthy food material or further extracting active ingredients in the finely divided material and then treating the resultant finely divided material or extract together with cyclodextrin with the wet type jet mill and forming a CD clathrate complex. Thereby, the stable crude drugs and healthy food can efficiently be produced.
