Abstract:

PURPOSE: To separately recover from a waste asphalt mixture coarse and fine aggregates which can be used like new aggregates in the civil engineering and construction fields and an asphalt filler which can be used for an asphalt compound material, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A waste asphalt mixture is ground, heated while stirring in an asphalt plant and mixed with an appropriate amount of a seed powder to allow it to adsorb the asphalt in the waste asphalt mixture so that coarse and fine aggregates and an asphalt filler are separately recovered from the waste asphalt mixture.
