PURPOSE: To prevent the unnecessary movement of the device with respect to a working truck running in the front of a plurality of thread winding units by using a truck driving belt as the common driving source for a doffing device and an ending device on the working truck without using individual driving devices for said devices.

CONSTITUTION: A working truck 2 is run by the running of a truck driving belt 6, and when reached to the unit to be worked, the truck 2 is touched by a shut-down stopper 51 pushed by the unit and stopped. A belt holding device 13 is also released to release the fixture of the truck 2 and the belt 6, and only the belt 6 is run. When the device 13 is released, a working device driving pulley 11 fixed until then is rotated by the belt 6, and the driving force of the belt 6 is transmitted to the driving member of the working device to operate the working device. When the operation of the working device is circulated once, the belt 6 is reversely rotated, and also the device 13 is operated to hold the belt 6, which belt is integrally incorporated with the truck 2. Then, the truck 2 starts return running to a new bobbin supplementing position of the machine base end part, based on the running of the belt 6.
