PURPOSE: To easily train the competition of the tug of war even for one person by bending mainly a steel pipe into an L shape, defining it as a grasping part, forming an axle for supporting right and left wheels from the terminal part of a longitudinal part and turnably fixing the wheels at both of terminal parts.

CONSTITUTION: Mainly, the steel pipe is bent into the L shape and defined as a grasping part 1, an axle 4 for supporting right and left wheels 3 is formed from the terminal part of a longitudinal part 2, and the wheels 3 are turnably fixed to both of terminals parts by screws or the like. When using this trainer, the grasping part 1 is held by the right hand, the front side is grasped by both of hands, and the upper half of body is inclined backward so as to get the same posture of pulling a rope. In this case, the wheels 3 are turned forward and backward by bending the legs and knees so as to hold the posture and to train the legs, knees, waist and feet.
