To provide a turban cap which is wearable readily, easily and quickly by anyone to tidily collect hair without applying load on the hair and leaving residual hairs in any case to feel the bothering hair.

The turban cap is provided with a flat rubber string at the bottom and a thin rubber string and a lid part at the upper opening. The turban cap is put on the head, passed to the neck and lifted from the face line to the neckline, the hair is scooped up from under, and the lid part is lightly lifted to easily hold the hair in the turban cap. The lid is fixed with a fixing too to easily and quickly collect the whole hair.
