Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine combustion chamber assembly apparatus and a turbine combustion chamber assembly method using the same capable of ensuring easy, safe, and accurate operation for assembling a combustion chamber of a gas turbine main body and preventing assembly errors and quality degradation.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a turbine combustion chamber assembly apparatus for assembling a combustion chamber into a turbine main body, including: a crane arm section that includes a vertical arm provided vertically and a horizontal arm coupled to an upper portion of the vertical arm; and an adjustment unit having one side coupled to the crane arm section and a tip end grasped by the combustion chamber, and adjusting a tilt angle of the combustion chamber, a rotational angle of the combustion chamber in a horizontal direction, and a rotational angle of the combustion chamber in a circumferential direction. The adjustment unit includes a first adjustment unit provided in a coupling casing installed on a lower end of the vertical arm, and adjusting the angle of the combustion chamber in a tilt direction; a second adjustment unit coupled to one side of the first adjustment unit, and adjusting the rotational angle of the combustion chamber in a front-to-back direction; and a third adjustment unit coupled to one side of the second adjustment unit, and adjusting the rotational angle of the combustion chamber in the circumferential direction.
