Abstract:

To obtain a turning leg of a drill stand in which stepless adjustment of a guide rail equipped inside a turning region is made with a comparatively small force, and fixing is performed with high flexibility.

In the turning leg of the drill stand, a turning part 22 fixed to the guide rail 7 provided with a fixing portion 23 overlapped with supporting legs 13, 14 of a base part 12 equipped with the supporting legs 13, 14 is turnably fixed to the supporting legs 13, 14 of the base part 22 by a bearing 24, and by a fixing device 41 provided to the supporting legs 13, 14 of the base part 12 and separated from the bearing 24, the turning part 22 is fixed to the base part 12 allowing angle adjustment, and the fixing device 41 is provided with a fastening element 42 guided in a long hole 27. A chamfered edge region 29 is provided to the long hole 27. The fixing device 41 is provided with a clamp element 46 which is operable by the fastening element 42. A conical portion 47 provided to the clamp element 46 is in contact with the chamfered edge region 29 of the long hole 27.
