This turning mechanism comprises a bracket (upper) for fixing a top plate of an optional shape; a spacer (upper) brought into contact with the bracket (upper) and for performing lubricating; a bracket (lower) brought into contact with the spacer (upper) and for fixing a bottom plate of an optional shape; a spacer (lower) brought into contact with the bracket (lower) and for performing lubricating; a washer brought into contact with the spacer (lower); a spring for pressing the washer against the spacer (lower); a cylinder disposed between the spring and the bracket (lower); and a screw for fixing the spring.
