Abstract:
PURPOSE: To precisely and simply twist a square pipe or a flat steel in their straight state.
CONSTITUTION: When the square pipe 12 is twisted, a round pipe 13 is preliminarily passed in the square pipe. When the flat steel is twisted, the flat steel is preliminarily passed in a round pipe. By twisting in such states, the square pipe and flat steel are twisted in good shapes. Using a manufacturing machine, one end of the square pipe is fixed to the end of a horizontally long machine bed to be twisted by a twisting shaft 3. A moving part 5 by which the square pipe is not rotated by a closely nearing guide rollers 7 is provided around the square pipe in the intermediate part of the twisting shaft 3 to be movable along the upper surface of machine bed.
