To obtain a medicine composition having increased function of chlorella by producing ultramicronized chlorella having high digestibility and absorptivity and a functional product.

The method for producing chlorella comprises (a) a process for grinding chlorella cells, (b) a process for stirring the ground chlorella cells with spraying a solvent on the ground chlorella and (c) a process for heating the chlorella.
