Abstract:
To provide an ultraviolet light source unit which can reasonably perform an ultraviolet irradiation and can supress power consumption and miniaturize a power supply system.
The ultraviolet light source unit includes a plurality of ultraviolet light emitting diodes D arranged linearly in a row on a support 28A, and a plurality of supports 28A arranged on a substrate 28 by setting the relative position of the support 28A in such a way that the ultraviolet light emitting diodes D of the adjacent rows are arranged in a zigzag manner. In addition, the ultraviolet light emitting diodes D supported by the support 28A, are connected in series, and the ultraviolet light emitting diodes D supported by the support 28A are controlled as a single unit.
