Abstract:
To provide an ultraviolet ray treatment apparatus capable of drastically enhancing treatment efficiency.
In the ultraviolet ray treatment apparatus 1 in which a body 6 to be treated is treated by the action of ozone generated by projecting UV from ultraviolet lamps 4 on the body 6, the intensity of UV having 254 nm wavelength among UV projected on the body 6 is adjusted to ≥50 mW/cm2 on the surface of the body 6.
