Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercoating material capable of reducing cost by increasing strength of a film and alleviating an undercoating treatment, and a film forming method using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an undercoating material 12 applied to a hold surface, constituted by a solution containing lithium silicate of 6 to 12 mass%, an acrylic copolymer emulsion or an acryl/styrene copolymer emulsion of 3 to 6 mass%, a pigment of 2 to 4 mass%, and a dispersant of 0.2 to 0.4 mass%. By impregnating the undercoating material 12 between rust particles 11 generated on a surface of a steel material 10 constituting the hold, a rigid film having the rust particles 11 as a skeleton is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
