Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform reliably mold release of a molded product possessing a complicated undercut part.
CONSTITUTION: Slide cores 3, 4 molding undercut parts 1a, 1b of a molded product 1 are tilted in different directions and the lower ends of the slide cores 3, 4 are supported at different heights. When an ejector plate 10 is moved in an ejecting direction, since the slide cores 3, 4 each are slid in a tilting direction, even in a complicated undercut part, its mold release becomes possible.
