A white light LED 5 is mounted on a head part of a float main body 1, a power source circuit 6 for lighting the white light LED 5 is assembled therein, a water sensor switch 8 for automatically switching ON and OFF the power source circuit 6 of the LED 5 is mounted on a part to be submerged under the water, of the main body 1, and a manual switch 10 for switching the power source circuit 6 ON and OFF and a whistle 11 for alarm are mounted on arbitrary parts of the main body 1.
