To obtain an upper garment of clothes capable of simply wearing and undressing even by a person requiring nursing and a person in a serious disease who is difficult to wear and undress clothes such as nightclothes and reducing the labor of a person for nursing service.

This upper garment is obtained by forming arm passing parts 4A and 4B for passing arms of a wearer therethrough on both sides of the upper end of a body wrapping part 3 for wrapping the breast and abdominal part of the wearer and providing a neck hole 8 in the center of the upper end of the body wrapping part 3. In this case, an apron part 5 having the front half part of the body wrapping part 3 and the front edge 11 of the neck hole 8 is combined with an upper garment main body 6 having the latter half part of the body wrapping part 3, the arm passing parts 4A and 4B and the back edge 12 of the neck hole 8 and respective edges 9 of the upper garment main body 6 and the apron part 5 are freely connected and separated. The arm passing parts 4A and 4B have freely connected and separated opening and closing lines 7 for the arm passing parts 4A and 4B connected from the lower end to the neck hole 8 and the upper garment main body 6 has a structure in which the upper garment main body 6 separating and releasing the opening and closing lines 7 by separating the apron part 5 is formed so as to be developable into a single sheet form.
