To prepare a urea-melamine aqueous solution improved in productivity and curability, an adhesive for woody materials, and to provide a woody laminate using the adhesive from which formaldehyde dissipates very low, and a method for producing the urea-melamine resin aqueous solution.
The urea-melamine resin composition comprises a urea-melamine resin obtained by reacting an aldehyde (A), melamine (B), urea (C) and methanol (D), where the content of the melamine(B)-derived component is 1-11 wt.% per solid content in the urea-melamine resin, and the content of the methanol(D)-derived component is 0.1-7 wt.% per solid content in the urea-melamine resin. The adhesive for woody materials and the woody laminate using the composition, and the method for producing the urea-melamine resin aqueous solution are also provided.
