Abstract:
To provide a vacuum dryer capable of more effectively drying a liquid component contained in a substance by vaporizing the same in an energy-saving manner in a short time, and having characteristics that it is of a simple structure and easy maintainability, and a vacuum drying method.SOLUTION: The vacuum dryer comprising a condenser that uses ambient air as a cooling heat source, is constituted by a drying container (1), a condenser (2) that uses ambient air as a cooling heat source, a vacuum generator/holder (3), a heater (4) for raising the temperature in the drying container, a circulator (5), a bypass/pressure control valve (6) and pipelines (7) to (11) connecting the above machines and devices.
