PURPOSE: To make it possible to smoothly rotate a valve element with a slight force by disposing a synthetic resin liner between a one axial end of a valve body and the inner peripheral wall of a valve body of a valve device, facing the above-mentioned one end.
CONSTITUTION: Synthetic resin liners 7a, 7b for smoothly rotating a valve mixing valve element are incorporated at upper and lower ends of the mixing valve element 4. These liners 7a, 7b are made of synthetic resin such as resin containing fluorine, polyacrylate or the like, and are formed in an annular shape. Further, with the use of the resiliency and lubricating ability of the material, the mixing valve element 4 may be rotated by a slight manipulating force. The mixing valve element 4 is in a cylindrical shape having its lower end opened, and is adapted to be rotated around its axis in association with the rotation of an output shaft.
