When detecting vibration by a vibration sensor 31 equipped in the tire 3 of the vehicle 2, or when an ID code transmitted from a smart key 5 used for a smart entry system is not received by a transmission-reception part 43 of the vehicle 2, an ECU 4 starts a detecting system for detecting an illegal act to the vehicle 2. The detecting system determines that the mischief to the tire 3 or the theft by traction of the vehicle 2 is caused when a numeric value of a pneumatic sensor 32 equipped in the tire 3 is too small, and determines that the theft of the tire 3 is caused when a signal cannot be received from the pneumatic sensor 32.
