Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent occupants from being locked up in a vehicle by misoperations or the like by connecting an alarm sound reporting portion, an ignition switch and an occupant detecting switch in the electric circuit of a motor for superlocking, and sounding an alarm if the door is turned while either the ignition switch or the occupant detecting switch is being operated.
CONSTITUTION: In a lock device in which, when the door is locked by turning a key lock lever 28, a lock member 62 is switched to a superlock position by a motor 60, an alarm sound reporting portion, an ignition switch, and an occupant detecting switch are provided in the electric circuit of the motor 60. If the key lock lever 28 is turned while at least either one of the ignition switch and the occupant detecting switch is being operated, an alarm sounds and superlocking is prevented. Thus occupants are prevented from being locked up in the vehicle by misoperations or the like.
