PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express a new design on vehicle interior equipment.SOLUTION: In an instrument panel assembly (8) having a structure in which a decoration panel (7) is fitted to an instrument panel (1), the decoration panel (7) comprises a translucent layer (11) and a hiding layer (9) which is provided on a reverse side of the translucent layer, an outer peripheral end face (23) of the translucent layer (11) has a panel outer peripheral edge face (27) which constitutes an outer peripheral edge part of the decoration panel (7), the panel outer peripheral edge face (27) is provided with a decorative part (39), and a projection plane part (45), which presents an inner face (43) facing the decorative part (39) and projects an ornament (37) provided on the decorative part (39), is formed on a reverse face (25) of the translucent layer (11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
