To provide a vehicle travel stabilizing device between vehicle bodies capable of reducing extraction of wheel load caused by torsion of a car body due to a cant at the time of passing a curve, passing the curve safely and smoothly, decreasing rolling vibration at the time of straight travel, and improving travel stability and ride comfort.
An extendable vibration damping device 7 is fitted along the vehicle width direction in the upper part between adjacent car bodies 2, 3. The upper parts of the adjacent vehicle bodies 2, 3 are connected with each other through the vibration damping device 7. An operation force in the vehicle width direction in the upper part of the vehicle bodies that occurs during travel is absorbed by the vibration damping device 7.
