Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily inform a driver of the unlocked state of a battery by providing a battery lock discriminating.means for making an electric driving system inoperative when a locking device for locking a battery case into a mounted position is in the unlocked state.
CONSTITUTION: When a lock key 114 (114A) is placed in the state of locking a battery, a lock switch 128 closes a circuit. When a main switch 106 is turned on, a battery lock discriminating means 104 discriminates whether a locking device 110 (110A) is locked from the closed or opened circuit state of the lock switch 128. In the case of judging the unlocked state, an alarm device 130 is turned on to generate an alarm. In the case of judging the locked state, the relay of a relay switch 132 for connecting a motor 36 to a motor power control means 94 and the battery 38 is turned on. A main circuit is thereby connected to the battery 38 to start motor control.
