Abstract:
To provide a vehicular control apparatus capable of preventing double meshing upon downshifting in a vehicle that includes a vehicular transmission that has a switching mechanism for switching the connection and disconnection between a rotary shaft and a shift gear.SOLUTION: Upon a downshift of a vehicular transmission 20, a double mesh prevention mechanism DPS is switched to an Off state, with a K1 clutch 24 controlled to a disengaged side before the double mesh prevention mechanism DPS is switched to the Off state, and therefore torque transmitted to a switch mechanism 38 is reduced in association with a decrease in a torque capacity of the K1 clutch 24, securing force for disengaging the meshing between a gear-side meshing tooth 40 of a drive gear 34 and a switching mesh tooth of the switch mechanism 38, the force provided by elastic restoration force of a spring. As a result, the occurrence of a double meshing is suppressed when the double mesh prevention mechanism DPS is switched to the Off state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
