To provide a vehicular illuminating device, a vehicular illuminating device set, and a vehicular lighting fixture that can standardize a base part provided with a light emitting element.SOLUTION: A vehicular illuminating device according to an embodiment comprises a base part provided with at least one light emitting element, and an optical element provided on the base part and capable of housing the light emitting element internally.
