To improve the sound insulation by eliminating the difference in the barometric pressure of ear plugs.
Communicating holes 6 and 7 which pass through several hubs 5 in sequence or communication holes which pass through spiral hubs in sequence constitute a vent structure for preventing the difference in the barometric pressure.
