Supporting materials 3 and 4 are mounted at one side and the other side of a sheet shaped flame resistant nonwoven fabric 2, and the one pair of the supporting materials 3 and 4 are fixed at the ventilating fan hood in the state in which the nonwoven fabric 2 is strained. Preferably, the nonwoven fabric 2 is constituted changeably by mounting in freely attachable and detachable to the supporting materials 3 and 4, and at least one end part of the supporting materials 3 and 4 is constituted expandably, and the supporting materials 3 and 4 are constituted in dividable and connective. Moreover, the supporting materials 3 and 4 are provided with holding members 5 and 6 having a holding part 7 and constituted in freely attachable and detachable to the supporting materials 3 and 4 so as to hold the nonwoven fabric 2 between both members.
