Abstract:
To provide a ventilation device which does not decrease a sound insulation performance of a soundproof double ceiling, and a manufacturing method of the ceiling.SOLUTION: A ventilation device 1 provided through a first open hole 110 provided at a first ceiling plate 100 and a second open hole 210 provided at a second ceiling plate 200 arranged below the first ceiling plate comprises an air duct 10, and a ventilation member 20 connected with a tip of the air duct. The ventilation member 20 comprises: an attachment part 30 capable of being fitted to the second ceiling plate from downward; a fitting part 50 provided above the attachment part and fitted into the first open hole from below; and energization means 70 energizing the fitting part upward in the state that the attachment part is mounted to the second ceiling plate. The fitting part 50 has an outer peripheral surface 52 formed to be brought into close contact with a rim of the first open hole 110 over the whole periphery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
