To provide a buttock-associated equipment for a vessel capable of enhancing the propelling performance of its propeller by lessening the associated flow resistance of the propulsive propeller.

The buttock-associated equipment of the vessel has an aeration propeller 50 which is installed between an overhang bearing 40 and the propulsive propeller 60 and rotates free with respect to the propeller shaft 20. The aeration propeller 50 has a boss 51 and a plurality of vanes 52 attached to its periphery, in which a slit-form opening 55 is formed in each vane 52 at its tail edge 54 along it. Air passages 32, 42, 56, and 57 to lead the air 70 from on the water to the openings 55 in the vanes 52 of the aeration propeller 50 are formed in a bracket 30, the overhang bearing 40, the boss 51 of the aeration propeller 50, and its vanes 52.
