PURPOSE: To restrain one member from vibrating together with the other member even if the latter vibrates due to vibration such as earthquake by combining the ball of first member and the curved face of second member such that they are in contact with each other to move relatively freely.
CONSTITUTION: Ball receiving members 53 are arranged in e.g. six pieces in a face-to-face with balls 43 on the inner side 39b of an upper frame 39. A curved face 53a is formed on the member 53 so as to cover the ball 43, and the member 53 is fixed to the inner side 39b of an upper frame 39. This frame 39 composes a second member for forming the curved face 53a so as to cover the ball 43 of a lower frame 38 forming a first member while the curved face 53a of the wall receiving member 53 in the upper frame 39 is brought into contact with the ball 43 of the lower frame 38 so as to enable relative movement in the upper and lower relation. A vibration device is constituted in this way and thereby even if the lower frame 38 vibrates due to earthquaque and the like the relative movement of the member 53 and the face 53a being in contact with each other restrains the upper frame 39 from vibrating in the following manner.
