When the vibration damping member main body vibrates, the vibration damping member with the weight member, as described above, achieves the vibration damping action by synergism of vibration damping action due to magnetic mechanical hysteresis loss followed by the irreversible movement of a magnetic wall in the vibration damping alloy and mass damping function by the weight member. Thereby, an advantage is that a markedly great vibration damping action can be realized.
