Otherwise, a long metal plate is formed into a spiral metal plate by continuous plane bending, it is cut at a part where a single ring-shaped metal plate is obtained, lateral deflection is corrected, an outer circumferential part of a side surface of the ring-shaped metal plate is processed into an arc shape, and above processes are conducted.
