To provide a vibration insulator for home electric appliances comprising a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in moldability, flexibility, damping property, and compression set at high temperature.
The vibration insulator for home electric appliances comprises the thermoplastic elastomer composition containing 10-200 pts.wt. of a softener (b) based on 100 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated block copolymer (a) in powder form having bulk density of 0.10-0.40 g/mL and a peak top molecular weight (Mp) of 250,000-500,000 as determined in terms of standard polystyrene by gel permeation chromatography, wherein the hydrogenated block copolymer (a) is a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer having a polymer block (A) comprising an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (B) comprising isoprene or a mixture of isoprene and butadiene and having a content of 3,4- and 1,2-bonding units of ≥45%.
