PURPOSE: To establish the vibration plate enabling to obtain excellent reproducing sound and less in distortion over a wide variety of frequency bands, by making fine the molten metal, melting and injecting to the base of vibration plate as being molten, and forming perforated metal molten layer.

CONSTITUTION: Compressed air and fuel gas are fed to the pipes 2 and 3 of the molten jet gun 1 and the flame 5 of fuel gas is produced from the nozzle 1a. When the aluminum fine powder 6 is fed from the pipe 4, the fine powder of aluminum is molten with the flame 5 of fuel gas into molten drops. They are made fine with compressed air and jet by acceleration in high speed while keeping molten state. The jet particles 6a of fined aluminum are attached on the surface of the cone paper 7 formed in a given shape while keeping molten state to form the aluminum molten layer 8. Thus, the speaker vibration plate which can obtain excellent reproducing sound less in distortion over a wide variety of frequency bands, is established.
